Thursday June 12, 2025 - Light of the World!!

  Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 5

Matthew 5:14-16 - “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Philippians 2:14-16 - Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

Father, 

    I Praise You for Your plans for this world, that You love us even though we have to be on this earth. I thank You that You are helping more people receive salvation before You come, but can we please come home in a different way now? We are so ready to just come home. 

  I thank You that You called me to salvation and for a while we were happy together in Your calling then RC had to go and ruin that. We have been paying for that prayer for over 30 years now and it has been a bomb for us and a place in our lives that is not been the best. We want to come home. You saved us please bring us home. 

    I do ask that You give me a heart for the lost and help pray for those that do not know You or love You. Help me specially for the girls' that I write and their families that I need to pray for too. 

    Father, surround me with Your life and light. Keep me living in that light, but please make life easier and safer to live. I need you Father to take away the struggles and this house and get the lights and electric to where we can use some plugs. Get us out of this house before it burns and away from here soon Father, please. 

    I ask if anything is obstructing Your light in my life or letters to the girls'. that You take it out and give me lighter. I want to shine for You stronger through my letters and into the world that I care about. 

    Thank You Father for sending Your Light Jesus, who has come to share the light of His life.

Sunday June 8, 2025 - Light of the World!!

 Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 1 Jewish Tradition one name of Messiah is Light Jesus is Light of the World. John's Gospel says that Jesus is the Light that vanquishes the darkness brought on by sin ending in death. We who believe in Him have passed from darkness to light from death to life.  Let us ask Jesus to make us shine with His reflective glory.  John 8:12 -  Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying,  “I am the light of the world. He who   follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.” Father,      I ask that You help me shine for You to the girls and be a blessing in life to them. Help me to love them with Your unconditional life and send them the best letters and devotionals that I can send. Give me life and love for my girls and keep me shining for You.  In Jesus Name,      Amen

Immanuel Father,      I thank You and praise You for this wonderful study that You have given me. It is so good and helping me to learn to praise You better in my prayers.
