  Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 3

Isaiah 9:2 - The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined.

Isaiah 60:2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.

John 8:12 - Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.”

Father, 

    I want to praise You for the brightness of Your light, for the light that we can see and love pure as day. I want to Thank You for giving us this light, for the Light that is Jesus. The Light who died for us so that He could bring that Light to each of us. 

    I am sorry for wanting to live in the darkness of depression and fear. Help me to go back to church and find joy in being there but not in friends, I will not bring another into my darkness in my soul of the bipolar. 

    I ask that You help me walk in obedience and get back to church. I can go without getting close to anyone. Just fulfill my duty to go and be 'friendly' with Pam and Pastor. 

    I thank You Father, for filling my life with a light that I did not have for so long. I am blessed to call You my God. 

In Jesus Name,

    Isaiah talks about a cover of darkness, the spiritual darkness of sin. Sin is darkness, famine, war, all come from sin. 

    Jesus came to recast our unhappily ever after future. He took on death so we have no life there. 

    In Jesus Light, we see Light!! 

Psalm 139:11-12 - If I say, “Surely the darkness shall all on me,” Even the night shall be light about me; Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You, But the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You.

Monday June 9, 2025 - Light of the World!!

 Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 2 The Name Revealed!! John 1:3-9 -  All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.    In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it.  There was a man sent from God, whose name  was  John.  This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.  He was not that Light but  was sent  to bear witness of that Light.  That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
