August 16 - Prayer

Father, 
    Praise You for this study, I am so excited to move forward in it and study more of Your names and attributes. Thank You Lord for watching over the study that I am doing and teaching me more about You. Help me to remember what You have taught me and remind me to call on You in prayers. 
    I pray that You prepare my heart for the next week of study and help me to stand in You each day and do what I should. 
    Thank You for teaching us and helping us grow closer to You and Your will for our lives. 

In Jesus Name, 
    Amen

 Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 2 The Name Revealed!! John 1:3-9 -  All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.    In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it.  There was a man sent from God, whose name  was  John.  This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.  He was not that Light but  was sent  to bear witness of that Light.  That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
