 Chapter 12: Cornerstone, Capstone Day 1

The Name:

    Stones were used to build alters, homes, palaces and temples, when capstone or cornerstone in the Bible it means an important stone that holds together two rows of stones together in a corner, one that stabilized the structure at the foundation or one that formed the keystone over an arch or holding the roof parfaits. In order to hold the structure together the cornerstone had to have no flaws in its design, both strong and well-shaped, a poorly cut cornerstone would compromise the buildings integrity. 

    Jesus is our cornerstone, to which we are joined of living stones, together we form a spiritual house that God can dwell in, the foundation stone in which God is building His kingdom Jesus is strong enough to hold everything together, He is also the fitting conclusion to all God's work, when you pray to Him as the cornerstone you are praying the one on whom you can base your life.

 Chapter 2: Light of the World Day 2 The Name Revealed!!
