Praying the Name of Jesus

 Father,      Thank You for this study and pray that Nana will enjoy the study next and start her life in being close to You again. I really think that she will enjoy this one too. It is a great study and a blessing in my heart to have these available. Please help the next study to be as helpful and enjoyable too.  Chapter 26: I AM Day 1 The Name:     In Jesus we have the riches most vivid picture of God imaginable no longer does God seem implacably remote displeased with the world He has made, instead He bends toward us, sharing our weaknesses and shouldering our burdens, through the perfect offering of His life He becomes our way back to the Father. He is the true vine in which we abide, bearing fruit for God's kingdom.  He is the loving God who will never abandon us, but who will be present with us always, leading us to live eternal?  Father,      I praise You for being my Redeemer and I thank You always for standing with me and taking care of us and loving us too. I praise You for this study and the things that You have left with me to use when I am praying.      I pray that I will continue on one day at a time doing what I need to learn and grow more closer to You Father. I want to find You real in my life and have the blessings in my heart of knowing and serving You.      Thank You for this study and for Your love and devotion to a people who do not come up to the standard, but Jesus came down to us and provided a way up.  In Jesus Name,       Amen 

 Chapter 25: Redeemer Day 6 Promises Associated with His Name:     I do not know about you but sometimes I find it easy to relate to the people of Israel. Take the passage from Isaiah in which God calls His people by unflattering names. Isaiah 41:14 -  “Fear not, you   worm Jacob,  You men of Israel!  I will help you,” says the   Lord  And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.     I just felt like that this morning after dealing poorly with a difficult situation. So worm like, so little, so unable to rise to the occasion in the way I wanted to.  Afterward I felt defeated and depressed, but not too depressed to pray, I asked God to help me, and steady me and cheer me up. A partial part of that prayer came in the man named Harvey, whom I had hired to do some work on my home.
