Tuesday July 15, 2025 - King of Kings

Chapter 7: King of Kings Day 3 Praying the Name: John 3:3-8 -  Jesus answered and said to him,  “Most assuredly, I say to you,   unless one is born  again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born? "Jesus  answered,  “Most assuredly, I say to you,   unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.     That which is born of the flesh is   flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.   Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’   The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” Father,      I want to praise You Lord for building a kingdom that will endure. No one on earth has stood strong for always, they come and they fa...

Monday July 14, 2025 - King of Kings

Chapter 7: King of Kings Day 2 Matthew 21:1-9  -    Now when they drew near Jerusalem, and came to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,  2  saying to them,  “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose  them  and bring  them  to Me.   3  And if anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord has need of them,’ and immediately he will send them.”  All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:  “Tell   the daughter of Zion,  ‘Behold, your King is coming to you,  Lowly, and sitting on a donkey,  A colt, the foal of a donkey.’ ”  So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them.  7  They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set  Him  on them.  8  And a very great multitude ...

Sunday July 13, 2025 - King of Kings

Chapter 7: King of Kings Day 1 The Name:     The world has never seen a King like Christ, a ruler mightier than any earthly sovereign and more powerful than the unseen power of the universe. Though He entered the world humbly as an infant born in Bethlehem, the magi from the east still recognized Him as the new born King. Though His reign unfolds in hidden ways He has promised to come again at which time He will reveal Himself as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.      When you pray to Jesus the King of Kings call to mind His mastery not only over human beings but over nature, desease, and death itself.  Revelation 19:16 -    And   He has on   His   robe and on His thigh a name written:  KING OF KINGS AND  LORD OF LORDS. Father,      Thank You for being our King of Kings. I pray that soon You will come back to earth in Your true life as our King. We are so ready for You to rule this earth and for those o...

Friday July 11, 2025 - Lamb of God

Chapter 6: Lamb of God Day 6 Promises Associated with His Name:  Every childhood inevitably holds it share of tears. And how can it be otherwise in an imperfect world with imperfect people.  Revelation says that one day God will wipe away every tear.  Revelation 7:17 -    for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne  will shepherd them and lead them to  living fountains of waters.  And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Like a parent encouraging a child He tells us that in the end all will be well. When the Lamb is on the throne, and all things are completely under His rule, God's own fingers will wipe away all our tears. Our life on this earth is a time of growing up, the time of testing that stretches and shapes us toward maturity so we can become more Christ like. If we let Him God will use our suffering to etch His character in us and in the end no matter how deep our sorrow, it will be destroyed by the joy of seeing the L...

Thursday July 10, 2025 - Lamb of God

Chapter 6: Lamb of God Day 5 Praying the Name: Exodus 12:12-13 - ‘ For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I  am  the  Lord .  13  Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you  are.  And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy  you  when I strike the land of Egypt. Exodus 12:21-23 -  Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, “Pick out and take lambs for yourselves according to your families, and kill the Passover  lamb.   22  And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, dip  it  in the blood that  is  in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that  is  in the basin. And none of you shall go o...

Chapter 6: Lamb of God Day 4 Praying the Name: Genesis 22:6-13 -  So Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid  it  on Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife, and the two of them went together.  7  But Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, “My father!”  And he said, “Here I am, my son.”  Then he said, “Look, the fire and the wood, but where   is   the L amb for a burnt offering?”  8  And Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the   lamb for a   burnt offering.” So the two of them went together.  9  Then they came to the place of which God had told him. And Abraham built an altar there and placed the wood in order; and he bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, upon the wood.  10  And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.  11  But the   Angel of the   Lord   called to him from ...

Tuesday July 8, 2025 - Lamb of God

Chapter 6: Lamb of God Day 3 Praying the Name:  Romans 8:31-36 -  What then shall we say to these things? If God  is  for us, who  can be  against us?  32  He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?  33  Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect?  It is  God who justifies.  34  Who  is  he who condemns?  It is  Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.  35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Shall  tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  36  As it is written:  “For Your sake we are killed all day long;  We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 1 Peter 1:18-21  - knowing  that you were not redeemed...

Monday July 7, 2025 - Lamb of God

Chapter 6: Lamb of God Day 2 His Name Revealed: Isaiah 53:7 -  He was oppressed, and He was afflicted,  Yet   He opened not His mouth;  He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,  and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,  So He opened not His mouth. John 1:24-35 - Now  those who were sent were from the Pharisees.  25  And they asked him, saying, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?”  John answered them, saying, “I baptize with water, but there stands One among you whom you do not know.  27  It is He who, coming after me, is preferred before me, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose.”  These things were done  in  Bethabara beyond the Jordan, where John was baptizing.  The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!  30  This is He of whom I said, ‘After ...

Sunday July 6, 2025 - Lamb of God

Chapter 6 Lamb of God Day 1 The Name: Most of us picture lambs as downy white animals rolling around in fields or carried around on the shepherds' arms. Lambs represent gentleness, purity, and innocence.  Though it is one of the most tender images of Christ in the New Testament, it would represent a disturbing picture to those who heard John the Baptist hail Jesus with these words. These people had more than once carried their own lambs to the alter to be slaughtered as a sacrifice for their sins.   A lamb in which they had fed and bathed; the best animal in their flock. The bloody sacrifice of an innocent animal provided a vivid image of the consequences of transgressing the Mosaic law. Surely, John must have shocked his listeners by applying the phrase 'Lamb of God' to a living man .   When we pray to Jesus as the Lamb of God we are praying to the one that voluntarily laid down His life to take in His own body the punishment of our sins and for the sins ...

Friday July 4, 2025 - Physician

Chapter 5: Physician Day 6 Promises Associated with His Name:      Wars, famine, poverty and illness are obvious signs that we live in a broken world. One that is out of alignment with God's original intentions.      Who but a divine physician could possibly heal us? Bringing us body and soul back in alignment with His purposes.      Numbers 15:38-39 -  “Speak to the children of Israel: Tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue thread in the tassels of the corners.   And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the  Lord  and do them, and that you  may  not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined,     So, the sick women touched the most sacred part of Jesus' garments, and she did this even though she knew that under the law, knowing th...
